    Shanghai Institute of Ceramics Chinese Academy of Sciences offers near 40 years’ experience in the research, development and manufacture of Piezoelectric Ceramics material and components parts. We have researched and developed the foundation theoretic of Piezoelectricity material , technology of powder preparation of Piezoelectric Ceramic and various kind of Piezoelectricity material and & components. We have accumulated rich theory knowledge and production experience, and have built the production line of Piezoelectricity Ceramics. We possess perfect scope production technology equipments and function checkout means, and rigorously enforce to produce according to ISO9001's quality management standard. Our production including PZT, BaTiO3, PbNb2O6 and Bi-layer structure materials have been used in geophones and hydrophones, medical detectors, electricity sound parts, ultrasonic cleaners, flowmeter, fish finders, and high-temperature sensors. A wide variety of sizes, shapes and metallization basis client’s requirement are available.

Our Piezoelectric Ceramics are classified as transmitter and receiver, due to its high coupling factor, piezoelectric constant and sensitivity, the receiver is widely used as sensor, sonar transducer and igniter. The transmitter exhibits low mechanical loss and dissipation factor, large quality factor, it is widely used in ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic welding and piezoelectric motor.
