2. Screen printable TiO2 pastes      
TiO2 paste for transparent film (SIC-TiO2-T)
Component: TiO2/Terpineol/Organic Binder
Storage: The product should be stored in a tightly closed container under 5~25oC.
Product Details: TiO2 paste for transparent film is a paste containing 17~18 % wt. of nanocrystalline titanium dioxide. The paste exhibits optimal rheological property that is specially designed for preparing photo-electrodes of DSSCs by screen-printing. A ~3 micron thick layer of highly porous anatase film is obtained with a 325 mesh/cm screen after sintering at 500 oC for 30 minutes. The obtained sintered layer is highly transparent.

A 3~4 micron thick layer of highly porous film is obtained with a 325 mesh/cm screen after sintering at 500 oC for 30 minutes. The obtained sintered layer is scattering and opaque white.

The paste exhibits optimal rheological property that is specially designed for preparing photo-electrodes of DSSCs by screen-printing. A ~4 micron thick layer with reflecting function is obtained with a 325 mesh/cm screen after sintering at 500 oC for 30 minutes. The obtained sintered layer is light blocking and opaque white.
